We have made a change request for the system to allow the uploading of customer records onto CWP on a month-by-month basis. It will incorporate all the requirements for One Touch Switching, so we're capturing the customer’s first and last name, the UPRN and the address or customer number. So, we would capture your allocated customer number in our system and that will allow another gaining provider somewhere in the UK to sell to this address at that UPRN and for CWP to proceed with a match request. You would provide a set of PDF's that sets out the early termination charges for a given customer at any point that a gaining provider requests a switch. If you are the gaining provider, the switch is not so much of a time sensitive issue. The time sensitive issue comes with the losing provider having to acknowledge and respond to a provider that their customer has decided to switch to.
